At Congleton they specialise in the design and manufacture of drive technologies, producing approximately 400,000 drives per annum. They have won multiple industry awards including the coveted European Foundation for Quality Management Award in 2014, where they were recognised for ‘Leading with Vision, Inspiration and Integrity’ and ‘Developing Organisational Capabilities’.
