Strategy & Lean Deployment
Crowcon will share on the visit how they have developed their site-wide Continuous Improvement programme and the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which measure and track implementation. Clear visual management across the factory ensures that key metrics such as Five S, Health & Safety and quality are measured and improved by each cell.

Lean Projects
Crowcon have undertaken an extensive training programme using the NVQ Business Improvement Techniques (BIT) which provides a foundation of Lean knowledge. On the visit the team will share some of the projects which have reduced waste and improved productivity. You will also see how the company uses Kaizen events and A3 problem solving to make ongoing improvements.

R&D Collaborative Roadmap
Crowcon are currently developing their Roadmap for R&D and Industry 4.0 which includes e-working and the integration of emerging technologies into production. They will be inviting attendees to discuss their current journey & encourage knowledge sharing on the topic.
