About Onsite Insights

We established Onsite Insights Limited in 2004 as we are passionate about best practice and innovation and felt it was time to create a company that champions these topics and was also a great place to work. As a number of us had worked on the Inside UK Enterprise programme (see below) we felt this was a good place to start. Since launching Onsite Insights in 2004, the company has grown and we now deliver a range of regional and national visit programmes, events, workshops and study tours.

Onsite Insights

Our flagship programme is Onsite Insights which delivers company visits nationally to companies both large and small in the public and private sectors. We also deliver under contract a range of visit programmes for regional and sector specific organisations. These include:

Inside UK Enterprise (IUKE)

The Department of Trade & Industry supported the delivery of the Inside UK Enterprise (IUKE) programme for over 20 years. IUKE delivered in excess of £100 million in increased sales and profitability to participating businesses each year. The programme was closed due to the restructuring of its business service offering, a decision was taken by the DTI to close the programme in April 2004. Our team has collectively over 20 years experience delivering both Inside UK Enterprise and its subsidiary programmes: IUKE Health & Safety, IUKE Social Enterprise IUKE Farming and IUKE Construction. Our team was also involved in the NHS and Cabinet Office Beacon schemes. Due to the overwhelming support for IUKE, we decided to launch a commercially run visit programme. Through independence we have been able to work more closely with both hosts and visitors to ensure the programme delivers tangible results for them. We will work closely with national and regional organisations that support business improvement and best practice.

Corporate Social Responsibility

We are all actively involved in supporting our local community through sponsorship and dedicated physical time. We have ensured that all our activities take into consideration the impact on the environment. We have achieved this by limiting our print production, reducing use of paper within the office and offsetting our air travel with the carbon trust. Our chosen charity is the British Heart Foundation. Contact us
